Blue Water Exports is an Ajman Free Zone company working with businesses that sell online. We advise on e-commerce strategy and help our clients source the products they sell.
We began on the supply side, trading consumer goods for resale. Sellers came to us with the same problem again and again: they had the product, but the online side of the business was where things stalled. Listings that didn't convert, advertising budgets spent without a clear return, no reliable read on which lines were actually profitable. So we built an advisory practice around it.
What we do
E-commerce consultancy
We help sellers structure and grow their presence on the major online marketplaces: how a catalogue should be organised, how listings should be written and priced, where advertising budget is working and where it isn't, and what the numbers are actually telling you. We advise; you keep control of your accounts and your decisions.
Advertising strategy
Guidance on campaign structure, keyword targeting and budget allocation, measured against spend, cost of sale and profit per unit rather than impressions.
Product sourcing and trading
We use our supplier network to identify products worth selling, negotiate terms, review samples and arrange shipping.
